Our yard was over planted in 1988. We have had many meetings with Larry about ways we can improve our landscape.
Thanks to the assistance and input from Larry McPerson and the hard work from his staff we have now completed our plan. WCHS staff are very knowledgeable, efficient and hard working. They also respond to our requests and treat the building residents with respect.
This past summer was particularly difficult due to the long hot weather. We had issues with our sprinkler system which Larry resolved and repaired. He also provided detailed reports on our grounds, and our watering system with recommendations for improvement.
This past year with the help of WCHS we have been doing landscape upgrading. We now have a long term landscape plan. We are also getting compliments about our landscape and the improvements in our yard from other buildings in the West End.”
